BBC EastEnders spoilers reveal wedding betrayal, hospital twist and character injured

Fans of will see chaos unfold next week on the soap, with hospital visits, discoveries and wedding drama.

One couple prepare to tie the knot only for something to possibly get in the way. One character continues to spark concern, as another resident finds themselves being rushed to hospital.

There's a showdown, families clashing and an affair at risk of being rumbled. The big event next week is the wedding of Elaine Peacock and George Knight.

But one decision could cost one of the pair everything. Elaine challenges George's ex-wife Cindy Beale to to set up a honey trap to see if George can be swayed. It seems she doesn't trust the man she's about to marry, while Cindy accepts her task.

Cindy tries to kiss George, but will he kiss her back? Either way, Cindy soon blurts out Elaine's plan, leading to George confronting his bride-to-be - but will Elaine admit what she did?

Also next week the Knights face heartache, amid Cindy's affair with George's son Junior. George's brother Kojo spots the pair together and is clearly suspicious, so Cindy follows him and plans to keep him quiet.

There's a struggle which has serious consequences, and soon Kojo is rushed to hospital - but will he be okay? With Lauren Branning finding Cindy at the scene, will Cindy be rumbled?

Lauren has drama of her own next week as she continues to spark concern amid her news. With her still in pain after the recent crush, she's hiding something from Peter Beale and others.

She and Peter fall out once more as he struggles to support her, and then the drama with Cindy leaves her vowing to expose what has gone on. When events lead to Peter asking Lauren if she's suffering from an alcoholism relapse, how will she react?

Back to Ravi and months on from his near-romance with Denise Fox, things could change when it seems they might have feelings for one another. But with Jack and Priya clearly not happy, what will happen?

Also next week Jean Slater clashes with partner Harvey Monroe amid her scam storyline, with her not yet aware of this. When Harvey questions the legitimacy of her financial advisors Jean is annoyed, but will it all be too late?
