An Escape to the Country couple were left stunned after discovering their ideal home miraculously fell within their budget.
In the show's episode on Tuesday (November 5), Jules assisted a newly engaged couple in relocating from their Victorian end-of-terrace house in a Cheshire village to a rural setting, marking the beginning of their new life together.
Emma, a business consultant, and her fiance Robin, a property renovator, were determined to purchase their first joint home in rural Northumberland.
With their children having flown the nest, the couple no longer felt the need to be close to the city. They had a budget of £800k for a detached family home with at least three bedrooms, two acres of land, and a secluded setting with outbuildings that could be used as workshops or holiday lets.

Explaining their motivation for the move, Emma said: "It's got the sort of properties we want and the people are warm and friendly and we just really like it here," reports .
Robin added: "We'll have more seclusion, space and opportunity to earn an income, hopefully." Jules arranged several property viewings, ensuring that each met the couple's requirements, but one property in particular caught their eye. The village of Berrington was home to a courtyard barn conversion that had seen better days.
The historic farmstead, which stood derelict 45 years ago, underwent a decade-long transformation and is now a sprawling family abode boasting over 6,000 square feet of living space.
This property featured a spacious kitchen-diner, four reception rooms, four bedrooms, and even had potential for holiday let development, not to mention a cosy one-bedroom annexe.
Emma and Robin were smitten with the place from the moment they stepped through the door, their excitement palpable. During the tour, Jules couldn't resist asking the couple for their guesses on the market value of the home.
Emma speculated: "I think it's probably in excess of £800,000." Not to be outdone, Robin chimed in with a hopeful: "Well I'm going to remain optimistic and say £750,000."
To their astonishment, Jules announced that the dream home was actually within reach, priced at £800,000.
Overwhelmed, Emma confessed: "I'm actually lost for words and anyone that knows me will be saying that's very rare. My mind is just turning over."
Equally impressed, Robin expressed: "Amazing space and I'm honestly quite taken with this house."
Despite their evident affection for the property, the couple ultimately chose not to make an offer, but they were adamant about returning for another look.
