bosses have reportedly axed the annual wrap party which takes place in Blackpool every year.
Over the weekend, the competition was back at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom for its dazzling 20th anniversary year.
Every year, for one week only, Strictly's magic gets bigger than ever filling the Tower Ballroom. Blackpool – a legendary landmark in the ballroom dance – welcomed the celebrities and professional dancers, who all put on a spectacular show as they all performed on legendary dance floor.
Sadly, it was Wynne Evans and Katya Jones' time to bid farewell to the competition as they were voted out by the judges, , Craig Revel-Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke.

While the celebrities and pro dancers were able to enjoy a huge wrap party after their week in Blackpool, this year, bosses were forced to axe the annual tradition after a string of scandals.
Instead of a designated location for the Strictly team to enjoy a private wrap party after their fun-filled week up North, they took their celebrations to an area in the Holiday Inn hotel where the celebrities, pros and crew were staying for the duration of their time in Blackpool.
The party in the Holiday Inn appeared to be a success, however, as the celebrities and professional dancers stayed up until all hours after a boozy night of celebrations. JLS star JB Gill was pictured outside the establishment as he took a moment for some air while sipping on a glass of what looked like champagne.
Meanwhile, the windows of the party location were slathered with special film in a bid for privacy and so that the public would not be able to see the shenanigans. However, many guests returning from the Blackpool Tower reportedly had full access to the large bar in the 144-room hotel.
According to a source, BBC bosses felt it was right to scrap the annual wrap party given the huge controversies surrounding the show over the past year, including Giovanni Pernice and Amanda Abbington's bullying probe, as well as Graziano Di Prima's axe from the show.
A source told : "The BBC were clearly concerned that being seen to throw a big shindig following the events of recent months would be a bad move. Particularly as many of the claims were about bad behaviour between pros and celebrities taking place in behind-the-scenes scenarios.
"So officially no Strictly knees-up happened at Blackpool, it was just a large group of people from the show, drinking and socialising with into the small hours," they added.
The has approached a Strictly Come Dancing spokesperson for comment.
