Charlotte Dawson 'to force cheating fiancé Matthew Sarsfield to explain his actions in public'

Charlotte Dawson hopes to put her fiancé's unfaithful behaviour behind her - after he explains himself to the public.

The 31-year-old reality star - who is the daughter of late comedian Les Dawson who died in 1993 aged 62 - has been in a relationship with rugby star Matthew Sarsfield since 2016. They have been engaged since September 2020 and together they are parents to sons Noah, three, and Jude, one, and they are expecting their first daughter together.

But their family has been rocked this year by allegations that Matt sent flirtatious messages to another woman behind her back. Reports have suggested those closest to Charlotte have urged her to leave him, but the star is said to be desperate to make things work.

Charlotte hosts a podcast called the Naughty Corner where she opens up about her personal life. But now a report has claimed that the star will be joined by her husband-to-be in an episode that is due to be recorded next week where they will discuss his actions in full.

A source told The Sun: "Everyone wants to know what happened and his side of the story, so Charlotte thought it was the best way to do it. She didn’t really give him much choice in the matter and it’s fair to say he’s not really looking forward to it. But at this point he will do what he can do get back in her good books and win back some trust."

The Mirror has approached a spokesperson of Charlotte for comment. The new update comes after Charlotte recently shared her excitement over the fact her third child will be a baby girl. Sharing the news she is expecting a daughter on social media, Charlotte wrote: "I can’t actually believe we are having a BABY GIRL… I’m still in utter shock!!! I’ve always wanted my girl as we all know, and I never thought I would. So I’m absolutely over the moon & feel extremely blessed to have some PINK in my chuffin life, my little prinny I can’t wait to play dress up & Barbie’s already…
