has already started an intensive workout regime in a bid to rival her competition ahead of ...Get Me Out Of Here.
The 38 year old mother of four, who is set to head in to the Australian jungle next weekend wants viewers to be in awe of her toned physique when she takes a shower alongside, Maura Higgins, and GK Barry. And so this explains why she has instructed a personal trainer ahead of her Aussie departure.
According to reports, the wife of footballer has swapped her weight training for a high-power Reformer pilates class. Another factor in her desire to be crowned "Queen of the Jungle Shower" is the fact that she has been reportedly offered more than Nigel Farage's eye-watering fee of £1.5million to join the show.
And this comes after her victory of the Wagatha Christie court battle against . Coleen had accused her fellow WAG of leaking stories to the press from her private social media account, which Rebekah denied and sought legal action against her.
But the wife of Leicester City footballer Jamie Vardy, lost her libel case and now has to pay Coleen's astonishing court fees. But with just days until the new series airs on November 17, Coleen is reportedly working out at the Rise Fitness Studios and has posted pictures of herself online, showing off her techniques on the Reformer machine.
This form of pilates is said to be the hardest as it includes pulleys and ropes. Sharing her workout sessions, Coleen wrote: "Love my reformer sessions at @risefitnessstudios, full-body workout which I find great for toning, flexibility and posture."
And a source told The Sun: "Coleen has been hitting the pilates sessions religiously and thrown herself into having a svelte physique so she looks amazing on screen. There will be younger women on the show with her and she, understandably, wants to feel confident in a bikini on screen."
It has been reported that the WAG is taking a number of bikinis with her to after she previously stated that she likes to change her swimwear everyday while abroad. Pilates instructor Jenny Healy told the publication that pilates is the best form of exercise for Coleen to achieve her goals.
She said: "Pilates is brilliant for anyone who wants to develop a strong core. Coleen will have a really strong body and be able to tackle whatever challenges are presented to her in the jungle." Coleen has been using a number of fitness studios over recent weeks ahead of her stint on the show, which include Neon pilates, in Cheshire, which is also a member of.
And she has also used Rise Studio in Liverpool, which was owned by her brother Anthony McLoughlin. Coleen was spotted shopping earlier this week with Wayne who was asked if he will be watching the show. But keen to maintain the mystery, the Plymouth manager reportedly pretended he did not know she was lined up to be joining the show.
He reportedly told the publication: "I’ve watched it every year for the last 15 or 20 years so this year will be no different." But when asked if there was more incentive for him this year, he said: "I don’t know. I don’t know who is going to be in it."
