Sarah recently shared her '' recipe that's packed with 38 grams of protein, perfect for keeping you full. She said: "If you need a filling high protein meal to have while losing weight with PCOS then give this a go! I love having this for lunch on a daily basis."

The process begins by chopping two carrots into half moons, dicing four celery sticks thinly, and cutting one brown onion into chunks. You will also need a tablespoon of garlic, five cups of vegetable stock, one cup of red lentils, a tin of four bean mix and 400g of roast chicken.
