England are back in international action on Thursday as they take on Greece in Athens.

Lee Carsley is set to take charge of his final two games as Three Lions boss, as his side attempt to bounce back following defeat against the same opponents back in October. Thomas Tuchel is set to succeed Gareth Southgate, but will not start in his role until January.

Till then, it is still Carsley's task to ensure the Three Lions end their Nations League campaign top of League B Group 2, with Greece currently unbeaten having won all four of their games thus far.

High-profile stars such as Trent Alexander-Arnold, Kobbie Mainoo and John Stones all miss out, with there a relatively youthful core once again running through England's selection. Angel Gomes, Noni Madueke and Lewis Hall will hope to impress, with the latter receiving his first senior call-up.

"He [Tuchel] hasn't had any influence on the squad selection," said Carsley. "I congratulated him via text. He is highly respectful of the job I am doing. I see this as a massive privilege, the trust the FA has placed in me and my team."
