At the age of 43, it's more than normal for a few grey hairs to appear along with a few wrinkles.

But it seems as though noughties singer has found the secret to eternal youth, as she looks the same now, as she did in 2001. The star first shot to fame between 2001 and 2008 after releasing a number of hit songs including AM to PM and Dip It Low.

And as she writhed around on the set of her music videos was considered to be one of the most sought after stars attracting a legion of fans on both sides of the pond. And in 16 years, very little has changed. Christina is starring in movie titled Meet Me Next Christmas, which has been crowned as most popular film.

But in the movie, could be mistaken for a woman half her age. And fans couldn't wait to comment. One person said: "Love it Milian you don't age at all..." Another added: "Christina Millian looking like this at 43!" Meanwhile a third fan said: "I don't usually like Christmas romcoms, but #MeetMeNextChristmas was a gem. Also, can we talk about how @ChristinaMilian is an ageless beauty."

Aside from inheriting ageless genes, Christina recently revealed that she likes to combine as healthy exercise regime with a healthy balanced diet. In an interview with Essence magazine back in 2020, she explained: "Sometimes I get completely focused and I’ll go in and work out— sometimes even twice a day— at least three times a week because I’m so excited and really into it. There’s other times when my schedule gets really crazy and I have to figure out when to fit it in. And sometimes I’m just lazy— and it’s okay to be lazy. That’s balance for me. "

The star's work consist of outdoor exercises including hiking up the canyons in LA, cardio and strength training. And while you may expect her to pop on some of her hit songs to workout to, it seems is her artist of choice. She went on to say: "I mean Beyoncé slays everything. She makes like every girl’s anthem. So right now it would be “Formation.” Also, DJ Snake. Calvin Harris has great feel-good songs. "

She added: "He makes me feel like “Okay I’m getting ready for the beach.” Drake’s stuff is kind of mid-tempo, so I don’t workout to it too often, but he has a couple songs that I listen to that keep me distracted. Future— that’s when it gets ratchet. He really gets me in the zone." But this is all in combination with a healthy diet.

And her meal of choice appeared to be salmon and a big salad which includes avocado, olive oil, lemon and salt. She added: "And I try not to overeat. If I hear my body tell me I’m full, I follow my gut, literally, and say 'Hey I’m full' and 'There will be another meal.' I think sometimes we eat with our eyes and our minds, thinking this is the last meal I’m ever going to have. "
