has doubled down on his criticism regarding vs and believes 'The Problem Child' should be 'ashamed of himself' for taking on the former heavyweight champion.

Both Paul and Tyson are finally schedule to go toe-to-toe . The clash between the two stars will take place at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas in front of up to 80,000 fans. Next week's clash will see the - as opposed to the more standard three-minute rounds.

The sanctioned fight has already been approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Both boxers will wear 14-ounce gloves, heavier than the standard gloves. Since confirmation of the bout, many within the combat sports community have slammed the decision to go ahead with the contest, largely due to the 31 year age gap between the two opponents. One man who has once again criticised the fight is pundit - and former world champion - Michael Bisping.

The ex-UFC star has brutally hit out at 'The Problem Child' and believes the young American should be 'ashamed of himself' for taking the fight. In an exclusive interview with Mirror Fighting, he said: "Jake Paul should be absolutely ashamed of himself. He's an absolute laughingstock. He’s an actor. He's not a fighter. He's pulling the wool over a young generation's eyes that he's a bad*** and he's willing to take on all these fights. We know what he's doing. He's cherry-picking guys that are at the end of their careers. Now he's cherry-picking a guy that long retired that's 58-years-old. Mike Tyson is an absolute legend of the sport."

Bisping, 45, believes that Tyson would have 'murdered' Paul had the pair fought when 'Iron Mike' was in his prime. While the Brit has lambasted the upcoming showdown, he did, however, offer his verdict on the heavyweight dust-up. "In his prime, he (Tyson) would absolutely have murdered Jake Paul. Jake Paul would not have dreamed of taking this fight," he continued. "But even saying that, I still think Mike Tyson might have a chance in the first two rounds. Mike Tyson is by far a better boxer. He probably still hits harder. Jake Paul is sloppy. He makes a lot of technical errors. He loops his shots. He has his chin high up in the air.

"And in the first two rounds, Mike Tyson is going to be pretty dangerous. After that, he's going to fade fast. I hope and I pray that Jake Paul gets knocked out off a 58 year old man because once and for all this guy should go and tuck his head up his bloody tail, and just disappear for a little while." With regards to his official prediction, 'The Count' is rooting for the former undisputed heavyweight world champion. "I hope Mike Tyson gets it done, but this whole thing is a laughingstock," he concluded.
