Joey Essex joins top dating app three weeks after splitting from Love Island's Jessy Potts

Joey Essex is wasting no time and is looking for love – again.

It comes less than a month after after walking out of the villa, they had decided to call it a day on their relationship. The former couple who met on the dating programme insisted they would be staying friends after going their separate ways.

But despite splitting just three weeks ago, the can reveal that is looking for love again and has informed people on a top dating app he will be "travelling" later this month. Joey has signed up for Raya which is known to host a string of famous faces wanting to date other celebs, or people with a big social media following.

His profile, which the Mirror has seen states that while Joey lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, he will be travelling to Los Angeles for Halloween later this month. The reality star has clearly spent time creating his profile choosing his best pictures, with one showing him posing outside of a convenience store as he gazes past the camera.

The 34-year-old was also seen beaming for the camera while standing under a street sign for Avenue of the Stars, 1800 South in Los Angeles. But one image certainly cements his heartthrob status with his ripped physique on full display. Kicking back on a large sofa with his arms and legs spread out, Joey rocks a Gucci jacket with nothing underneath – exposing his bare abs and pecs.

Joey chose Whatever She Wants by Bryson Tiller for his profile song, while his mixtape on the app is Kool Aid by Diana Gordon. Last month, Jessy and Joey confirmed that they parted ways after less than two months together. Speaking to The Sun, Joey said: "Unfortunately, we have decided to call an end to the relationship but I hope we can continue to be friends. I truly wish Jessy the very best with whatever she does in the future."

Meanwhile, Jessy said: "I appreciate the Love Island experience I had with Joey, we tried to make it work but it wasn't to be. I'm so grateful to everyone who supported us and look forward to all of the exciting opportunities ahead." Despite appearing head over heels, the pair had been plagued by rumours that they had split since leaving the villa as eagle-eyed fans spotted signs.

Joey's decision to find love again comes after fans pleaded with ITV bosses for "no more" after his Big Brother arrival was confirmed. The Essex heartthrob sent fans into overdrive as he popped up in the promo, getting a VIP tour from's Chelsea Lazkani with a cheeky aim to 'sell' him on staying.

In the promotional clip, Chelsea swans into the luxe abode bragging about nabbing the 'hottest property in town', followed by Joey who gushes that it's "beautiful, it's really, really demure". Although the reality TV favourites have had an early peek at the notorious house, they won't actually feature on the show.

Social media was quickly buzzing with reactions from fans who claimed to have been relieved to hear that Joey won't feature in this year's regular folk edition, with comments pouring in. One fan posted: "This better not be true", while another remarked: "I hope this is fake. He can't go on Selling Sunset and claim to buy a $5 million house and then go on AND BB".
