Jose Mourinho has been banned and fined for his recent rant at VAR official Atilla Karaoglan following Fenerbahce's Super Lig win over Trabzonspor.
Mourinho's side to move to second in the Turkish top-flight. But that victory only came thanks to Sofyan Amrabat's stoppage-time goal following an incident-packed encounter.
Fenerbahce's boss , particularly at the fact home side Trabzonspor were awarded two penalties, both after Karaoglan directed referee Oguzhan Cakir to review his original decision.
Mourinho launched a lengthy rant during his post-match media duties in which he delivered a typically eviscerating analysis of the performance of Karaoglan and Cakir. The Portuguese coach was subsequently charged by the Turkish Federation.

The TFF Arbitration Board has now handed out its punishment, with Mourinho given a one-match ban a fine of almost £15,000. In a statement, the board slammed Mourinho for 'diminishing the value of Turkish football'.
"Fenerbahçe manager was sentenced to a fine of 58,500.00 TL [£1,300] and a ban on entering the dressing room and the substitutes bench in 1 official match, in accordance with articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT, due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the opponent team's fans," the statement read.
"Therefore, since it was understood that there was no error in terms of determination of evidence, legal qualification and penalty, it was decided to reject the application and approve the decision, by majority vote.
"When the content of the statements he made in the post-match flash interview and press conference were evaluated as a whole; the statements in question were contrary to sportsmanship, sports ethics or the concept of fair play, were damaging the reputation of the TFF, were aimed at diminishing the value of Turkish football, and were aimed at casting a shadow over or discrediting the impartiality of the referees and other match officials.
"In the decision regarding the Unsportsmanlike Statements to be punished with a fine of 900,000.00 TL [£20,200] pursuant to Article 38/4-a of the FDT, it was understood that there was no reason to depart from the lower limit in determining the penalty, and therefore, the penalty was determined from the lower limit and the decision was corrected and approved as a fine of 600,000.00 TL [£13,500] pursuant to Article 38/4-a of the FDT, unanimously."
Mourinho delivered a near-eight minute rant to broadcaster beIN Sports in which he lambasted the standard of refereeing in Turkey. He even hinted at regretting taking the Fenerbahce job in the summer due to the match officials.
"I blame the Fenerbahce people that brought me here. They told me only half of the truth. They didn't tell me the whole truth because if they told me the whole truth, I wouldn't come. But, with half of the truth and my boys, we fight opponents and the system," he said.
"He [Karaoglan] was alert to give the two penalty decisions which the referee didn't give and then he was having Turkish tea when it was a clear penalty for us and he didn't give it. The man of the match was Atilla Karaoglan.
"We didn't see him but he was the referee. The referee was just a little boy that was there on the pitch, but the referee was Atilla Karaoglan. He goes from the invisible man to the most important man in the match. I think I am speaking on behalf of every Fenerbahce fan - we don't want him again."
