Taking to her Stories earlier this week from The Clinic Club, which has branches in the UK, Amsterdam and Marbella, Katie showed off her plumped-up lips as she pouted to perfection. She said at the time: "I thought I'd let you know these are the biggest lips I've ever had done. I wanted them bigger. I've changed filler so they feel bigger and thicker. Welcome to the biggest lips I've ever done and I love it!"

And now, the star showed off her drastically different looks in an advertisement she posted on her Instagram Stories. The creator promoted a skincare brand that specialises in collagen products. Collagen is a protein that provides structural support and elasticity to many parts of the body, including the skin, bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and more.

The human body naturally produces collagen, but production will decrease as you age. Explaining how she lost weight and 'why she's looking good', Katie claimed it was because of the product she promoted. In the video, she rocked leggings and a zip-up skintight top. The star seemingly used a filter for her video.

Katie recently talked about her obsession with cosmetic procedures during an honest chat on The self-confessed plastic surgery addict, who has undergone 17 breast augmentations, eyelifts, two nose jobs, a facelift as well as various other 'tweakments', has admitted that her obsession with such procedures could stem from a heartbreaking insecurity.

Speaking with documentary maker, in an episode filmed back in June, mum-of-five, Katie, admitted that she has gone "too far at times". "Sometimes in the past, I have looked in the mirror and thought: ‘OK, you’ve gone too far, just get it back out.’ So I can recognise when it’s too much but I don’t know, that’s another thing that I have to get to grasp with myself about the surgery thing."

She added: "I don’t know what it is, I think deep down there is something. I always said I haven’t got body dysmorphia but there's definitely something."
