Send Push

Furious customers have been hitting out at reality star Katie Price after they failed to receive orders or refunds from a clothing band that Katie has been promoting on her social media - with one calling the lack of answers 'disgraceful'.

With customers failing to have any joy in from JYY London, as they look for answers to their questions and their money back, the angry buyers have taken to commenting on Katie's posts in which she models the clothing being pushed by the fashion firm.

Banks have been forced to issue refunds after a lack of action by JYY London and Katie has been targeted after customers raised "disputes", with the 46-year-old former glamour model currently in Cyprus despite being declared bankrupt.

Katie has spent time recently modelling the clothing from JYY London on her TikTok account as well as her other social media channels and angry customers have been turning to Trustpilot to complain about the service they have received and push to have their money refunded.

The fashion brand is owned by Jeyda Yilmaz, an entrepreneur friend of Katie, who has been offering discount codes and lucky dip bags as part of the promoting of the company. One unhappy customer, Suzanne, slammed Katie when talking to about the issues she has encountered when dealing with the firm.

She complained: "Katie is promoting this. The thing is, they're still responding to queries about the clothes on social media... I've reached out through all different platforms and nothing. It's disgraceful. I contacted the bank and they put it down as fraud and refunded me yesterday."

The has contacted Katie Price's representatives for comment.

Another furious customer commented: "It's been two months I've not received my order. I've emailed so many times. Nobody is getting back to me, l'm trying to get your attention can someone please get back to me."

On Trustpilot there are more frustrated customers complaining, with one writing: "Incorrect item was sent to me (the item I’ve received is absolutely awful). I’ve tried to contact them numerous times by e mail, live chat, social media and even post (they don’t have a phone number). Can’t get a coherent reply so I am having to claim a refund via my banks chargeback scheme. Would advise anyone to avoid JYY."

JYY London has insisted that many items are made to order and they told The Sun in response to the customers' claims: "Some of our items online are preorder; meaning people order them and we make them to order due to high demand and selling out faster than we expected.

"Online there are dispatch dates of when peoples orders will get dispatched and our customer service team are always working and replying to customers queries everyday 7 days a week... As a business you will get complaints now and again however we have been running now for over 10 years and we always take on board the feedback good or bad.

"We offer exchanges and refunds on all items as this is our company policy within 30 days of items being delivered to the customer - this is UK rules which we adhere to strictly."
