Katie Price's ex Carl Woods reveals grim surgery details that left her 'crying in agony'

's ex fiancé Carl Woods is terrified that the former glamour model will meet her death due to the excessive amount of cosmetic surgery she undergoes.

Former star Carl, 35, dated mum-of-five Katie from 2020 until their bitter split last year. Despite them having been broken up for almost a year, Carl still cares for Katie, and has major concerns about her health after the star recently underwent her sixth facelift which set her back a whopping £10,000 - despite her bankruptcy.

While the pair are no longer on speaking terms amid Katie's new romance with Married At First Sight UK star JJ Slater, Carl has said that he hopes that Katie can put an end to her addiction to cosmetic surgery before it's too late as he shares his worries that his former fiancée could meet her fatal end due to the dangerous surgeries.

Katie, who has had 17 boob jobs in total, flew to Turkey earlier this year for more cosmetic surgery after her mother begged her to put an end to it. Most recently, the former glamour model showcased her latest look after getting yet another facelift - and Carl has been left shocked by the end results and Katie's new appearance.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Carl shared that he fears for Katie's life is she doesn't attempt to get help for her surgery addiction. "They say in your life you can only have so much anaesthetic before it's a problem. And like everything in her life, Katie likes to push boundaries. I feel like she'll never be happy. Unfortunately, there could be that final time she doesn't wake up. Sadly, I do believe that could happen."

Carl went on to explain that Katie never allowed herself to get scared ahead of surgeries, and would always put on a brave face and brush it off. However, there came a point where Carl had to beg Katie to rethink her actions as he became increasingly worried about her.

"It was very difficult – I’d plead with her not to go ahead," he recalled. "I’d say, ‘You don’t need it. I’m worried this is going to kill you one day.’ But it was like talking to a brick wall. She’d brush it off. It’s a dangerous game – she’s playing Russian roulette with her life."

After their trip to Turkey, where Katie underwent several cosmetic procedures at once, Carl's worries came to a head when he watched his fiancé cry in agony amid her addiction to changing her appearance in the hopes of staying young forever. "She looked like she'd been hit by a train," he said, adding that has had wounds that were bleeding and oozing pus, which left her "crying in agony."

Katie's addiction also had a huge impact on Carl's mental health, as she admitted that he started to criticise himself and his own appearance due to the fact that his partner was always picking herself apart and was desperate to change so many things about herself. Carl even booked in for his and hers liposuction, but he backed out last minute when he saw Katie in utter agony after her surgery.
