Thomas Tuchel will be given a full debrief by Lee Carsley before he starts as boss on January 1.
Carsley will carry on in the interim role and do a full, detailed report on the camp and the last two Nations League fixtures with and
Carsley said: “I think it’s important that we debrief properly, the three camps rather than just being a bit reactive just on results. It’s the whole experience.
“We will collate our thoughts together, along with the rest of the players in terms of handing over something he can read and look through that’s valuable. And then we’ll step back to support him.”
Carsley is not even sure whether he will meet Tuchel in person but wants to have those conversations before the new boss takes charge.

It could free up time next June for two friendlies in the United States with the USA and Mexico potential opponents while the three autumn camps in 2025 will be around World Cup qualifying.
Tuchel will pick his first squad next March but will start work at the turn of the year as he will scout games, monitor players and get his feet under the table at the FA.
