Will Ruben Amorim be a success with Man United?

He said: “Well, you don't know my past as a football player, but I was a football player and I played in any position. So I played at right-back, left-back, centre-back, midfielders, winger, number 10, number eight. I didn't play goalkeeper and striker.”

“Yeah, I will try. So two positions. So I was a team player and for me that is important. And also because I was a team player, sometimes I had to stay on the bench.

“So I know everything my players feel. So when I think about a team, I think about every player, about the fans, the feeling, everything is on my mind.”

Amorim and his staff will oversee their first game at the helm next weekend. The Red Devils take on newly-promoted at Portman Road next Sunday.
