Manchester United sent one of their top scouts to watch Viktor Gyokeres during the international break as speculation over the striker's future continues to grow.

But United will not have been alone in running the rule over the former Coventry City man, who has been in red-hot for the Portuguese champions again this term after netting 43 times last season.
are also known to be keen on Gyokeres, who it's believed will be available for a sum far lower than his £85.3million release clause. But United's appointment of Amorim could give them the edge if a transfer battle ensues.
