Shaw has been injured since the season began but is edging closer to a return and could he a huge plus in Amorim's 3-4-3 system, which he's expected to implemented imminently.

Leny Yoro is close to making his competitive debut having suffered an injury setback in pre-season. Tyrell Malacia is another man who has been sidelined for a prolonged period but is also closing in on a return to full fitness.
Brazilian duo Casemiro and Antony were also present at Carrington. Both men were signed in Erik ten Hag's first summer transfer window but are now facing questions over their futures. Antony particularly has struggled to deliver and is tipped to eventually move on.
Amad Diallo was seen laughing with some of his team-mates and the forward has become increasingly influential. He's had several spells out on loan but has begun getting more exposure and continues to push for more involvement. Tom Heaton was the final first-team player present.
Amorim has maintained, ahead of his first match in charge this Sunday at Ipswich, that he will be able to get his ideas across. "You will see an idea. This I can guarantee," he said.
The Red Devils have endured their worst ever start to a season with Amorim needing to improve their fortunes. He's bought with him several of his coaches with the players having to adapt to a whole new regime. Despite an impressive interim period, whereby he won three of his four games, Ruud van Nistelrooy wasn't retained under Amorim and has left the club.
