The TV personality rose to fame on the latest series of the E4 series where she was matched with Adam Valentine. Their relationship struggled throughout as Adam revealed he wasn't physically attracted to his wife despite sleeping with her when they first got married.

Her insecurities grew over the weeks and reached a high point when new couples were introduced to the group during the latest dinner party. Months after filming, Polly, 28, has been showcasing her incredible transformation on social media. She transformed her hair from a copper colour to a gorgeous blonde look and showcased her weight loss after taking up working out for her mental health.

Polly posted a few snaps of her wearing a cropped blazer top and matching shorts. She completed the look with knee-high brown boots and curled her blonde tresses. "Suited and booted for a very exciting day of filming," she captioned her post. One user took to the comment section to ask her what inspired her transformation after the show.

"I was travelling before and come home from so wasn't anything I thought of, finished filming and was out of work so went to the gym for my mental health and started from there," she explained. Former MAFS star Erica Roberts wrote: "OH MY GOD," while star Belle Hassan posted a few fire emojis.

It comes after Polly opened up about her experience on the show. While viewers have seen Adam trying to connect with the reality TV star on a deeper level, despite regularly announcing that he's struggling to find a spark, it seems there was one issue that would result in him leaving the show. And

The TV star, who has done her best to try and convince Adam to try and connect with her, was told that she was not allowed to pass wind in front of him, as he would "leave" her. Taking to to speak to her new following, Polly spoke of Adam's rules that were made behind closed doors and away from the camera.

In a story on Instagram, she said it was normal to break wind but that was one of Adam's ground rules. She responded to a question that asked her about issues in her relationship while filming the show and said: "But I wasn't allowed to fart because he said it was disgusting and he'd leave."
