Netflix viewers predict futures for Cobra Kai characters ahead of final episodes

Cobra Kai fans had been eagerly anticipating Cobra Kai season six part two since July when aired the first five episodes of the season.

However, they were overjoyed when the next five episodes were dropped on Friday and since then, they've been flocking to Reddit to share their reactions.

The third part of season six will air in 2025 and it will be the last ever episodes of Cobra Kai, as the show draws to a close.

As they anticipate the end of the show, viewers have been predicting how the show will end and what the future could look like for their favourite characters.

One passionate fan wrote on Reddit: The future is bright for every student, Miguel can go to the college he longed for and Robby will probably help out at the dojo.

"A massive foreshadowing moment I believe will put a cherry on top to end of the series I guess."

Another person who thought it wouldn't be a happy ending argued: "To be completely honest I have no idea what direction these characters will go in part 3 the sekai taikai is obviously gonna be canceled with all these characters potential goals and dreams stunted."

Somebody else penned: "The series ending with them living like a great family, and Daniel and Johnny getting out without being noticed. They come to a friendly fight and ended saying "You're nice, LaRusso (Johnny)"

Yet another suggested: "Tory and Robby will try to better their life, going to community college and upgrading courses."

They also added: "The series ends with the lesson or idea that sometimes the best way to end a war, is to never start it anyway or that it is not their job to fight every bad guy in the ."

Cobra Kai first released in 2018 on subscription service YouTube Red before moving over to Netflix for the third series in 2021.

The martial arts comedy-drama series is a sequel to the original The Karate Kid films that were created by Robert Mark Kamen.

The first film released in 1984, followed by two sequels, The Karate Kid Part 2 in 1986 and The Karate Kid Part 3 in 1989.

The original films showed various coming-of-age teenagers who were taught martial arts by an experienced mentor so they could learn to defend themselves after being bullied.

Cobra Kai takes place 33 years after the first film, with actors Ralph Macchio and William Zakba reprising their roles as Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, respectively.

Cobra Kai season six part two is streaming on Netflix. Part three releases on February 13 2025
