Netflix's latest offering has rom-com enthusiasts branding it an absolute "must-watch" following its launch this week.

Starring a charismatic Hollywood pair, it's tipped to be the most heartwarming addition to Netflix's romantic roster yet.

With the year winding down and chillier days ahead, this 10-episode gem is scooping up glowing accolades left, right, and centre.

Featuring heavy-hitters Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, alongside an ensemble of well-known actors, it's causing quite the stir with fans repeatedly hitting play.

Titled Nobody Wants This, the show spotlights The Good Place's Kristen Bell as Joanne, running a hit sex and dating podcast, reports the Express.

Despite steering clear of specific faiths, her conviction starts to wobble when she unexpectedly falls head over heels for Adam Brody's refreshingly unorthodox rabbi character Noah Roklov.

Its timely themes embracing love, relationships, and spiritual beliefs have enchanted viewers since its drop this Thursday.

One fan gushed on X (formerly Twitter ): "just finished nobody wants this and i immediately need to watch it again. real romcoms and tv is so back!"

Nola Marianna, an established name in the world of entertainment journalism, chimed in: "I can finally say that NOBODY WANTS THIS is perfect.

"A romcom that is actually romance AND comedy. Adam Brody levelling up to a place of hotness that I didn't think could be possible. A first kiss scene that had me GIDDY!!!!"

Echoing the sentiment, another added: "nobody wants this changed my life we need more s**t like this."

One viewer highlighted the show's emotional impact, tweeting: "Be nice to single millennial women this weekend, we are GOING THROUGH SOMETHING. #NobodyWantsThis."

Another fan couldn't contain their excitement, exclaiming: "They have me giggling and kicking my feet omg romcom girls we are soo back!!!! #NobodyWantsThis," about the show's central couple.

A third admirer praised the lead actors' connection: "The chemistry between these two is legitimately insane and my two decades long crush on adam brody is clearly still alive and well."

And one more confessed to binge-watching the series: "Didn't mean to binge every episode and now it's over #NobodyWantsThis."

With such strong reactions, Nobody Wants This might just be the catalyst for a romantic comedy revival on Netflix.

Nobody Wants This is available to stream on Netflix.
