Newsboy's horseracing tips for Monday's five meetings, including Wolverhampton Nap

ROCK OPERA is fancied to gain revenge on Southwell conqueror True Promise when the pair re-oppose in the Stay In Control With BetUK Handicap (6.30) at Wolverhampton on Monday evening.

One length separated the pair in Rolleston 25 days ago, but the runner-up has a strong chance of revenge.

For a start, Rock Opera is 5lb better off – True Promise went up 3lb for that success, and another 2lb as a result of his head win at Newcastle last time out.

My selection, whose trainer Richard Fahey is currently operating at a near one-in-four strike-rate, could also be upgraded for that run, having done best of the horses coming from the back.
