People are just learning tin foil hack to stop stubborn roll sticking to itself

There's nothing more frustrating than going to grab some tin foil and finding the sheet sticks to itself – we have all had it happen.

Often our tin foil won't let go of itself and clings on, making a tear that keeps unravelling in short strips. The problem is one you could do without when all you need is a quick sheet of foil to line a tray. Some get so frustrated that they end up throwing away the entire roll and buying another.

People say they have spent decades trying to work it out, until recently when a went . It is bound to save you thousands of pounds and lots of time.

He showed in a video clip how to get a whole sheet. He insists you must rip off a small part of foil and scrunch it into a ball. Rub the small ball onto the side on the roll, where it has broken apart.

Rub until the small bits fall off and you are left with one long line. Pull, and you should have a full sheet of tin foil. The simple hack has left people stunned.

"The amount of rolls I've tossed out in anger," confessed one. One other said: "Omg! I'm not sure how many bloody rolls of foil I've thrown away because of this. But now...thank you!"

Another dubbed the trick as "genius" and one other branded is as "brilliant". "Almost want this to happen to my foil again just so I can try this," added another.

"The way I want to go psycho on the last person that left the foil like that in my house," said another. "Wow the amount I've thrown out," said another. "Wow flabbergasted," said another.

"Hallelujah, will try this thanks," said another individual.
