Kimberly Wyatt has revealed why the won't be getting back together again.

Fans were overjoyed when the girl group reunited in 2019 with their smash hit single React. The band had planned a tour – without Melody Thornton when revealed the tour and reunion was off, without consulting her bandmates. She told fans on it

"There was a lot going on with , Pussycat Dolls creator] and Nicole," exclusively told the , adding: ltimately, I don't own the brand so I don't have any control over what happens next, I'm certainly in the driving seat of always being open and trying to keep things positive.

"I think ultimately, the Pussycat Dolls stood for a message of women supporting women and I continue to realise just how important that message is. I think it would be a real shame to go down as two women fighting against each other, rather than all the women coming together to support each other which is what I stand for."

Antin and Scherzinger reached a "settlement in principle, subject to the execution of certain written agreements," but the terms of the settlement were never disclosed. In 2021, Antin sued Nicole after she allegedly refused to take part in the Pussycat Dolls reunion tour – claiming Scherzinger was demanding complete creative control and 75 per cent of the profits. Her lawyers slammed the "meritless" claims in January 2022.

Grammy nominee Wyatt admits she found out about the split in 2021 via and fans, minutes before her debut. "I was in tears, I couldn't believe it, the amount of sacrifices we'd all made to make it happen to have it ripped from our hands was devastating, I still feel devastated," she said.

During their chart reign, the Dolls sold a whopping 15 million albums across the globe, with 40 million sales of their singles. They also racked up a string of awards, as well as a Grammy nominee for their 2006 smash hit, Stickwitu. Kimberly and her bandmates, Ashley Roberts, Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta have previously spoken out after being forced to backing vocals, often without credit. But this changed for Wyatt after PCD initially disbanded in 2010 as she launched the electro-dance duo, Her Majesty & the Wolves with Spencer Nezey.

"Pussycat Dolls was a machine, I wanted to sink my teeth into being a bigger part of the production of the music, writing the songs and singing some more. Spencer is a brilliant producer, being able to work in that way was everything I wanted to do, to continue my work as an artist – I'm really proud of the album we made."

Now, she's sinking her teeth into The Hits Radio Throwback Show each Sunday. She commented: "It's so exciting, it's a brand new chapter. I've been DJ'ing for 10 years now and it feels the natural move into having my own show. It's epic, when I DJ I play a lot of noughties, a lot of throwback and a lot of disco, there's so much nostalgia, I have so many stories to tell as I was in and amongst it as a Pussycat Doll and a young artist."
