She kept a brave face when Ant and Dec dropped the big news she would be facing the challenge, but as they left camp she was shown tearfully asking her new pals what she would be up against. Jane reassured her that she would be okay as GK, real name Grace, began crying with fear.

The first episode saw the ten celebrities battle it out to become camp leaders, from jumping out of helicopters to fishing for keys in cockroach infested holes, with Corrie star Alan Halsall and singer Tulisa winning the title.

This year's spin off show is hosted by Comedian Joel Dommett and last year's winner . As with very year they share juicy gossip, behind the scenes clips and exclusive interviews. And last night Sam had a few harsh words for campmate GK Barry.

When asked by Joel how he thinks GK Barry will get on Sam Thompson replied with a savage one-word response: "Terribly" and he went on to explain: "it's better TV so lets hope she gets minimal stars."

Fans online have divided opinions on how GK Barry will perform on the show. One viewer took to X to write: "GK Barry won’t survive 48 hours the rate she’s going." Another agreed: "Either GK Barry Or Colleen will walk out week one trust me," as a third said: "GK Barry isn’t gonna last two days."

Others predicted she could turn it around though, with one writing: "One episode in and GK Barry is already my winner." Another said: "GK Barry is tooo funny," as a third added: "GK Barry is my favourite already! Hilarious."
