Samsung gives new tablet shoppers huge £339 freebie

Samsung's latest tablets, and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra may have slipped under the radar for some Android fans amidst Apple's recent launches. The new models hit the Samsung Store on October 3, offering a competitive alternative to Apple's cheapest iPad Pro.

Samsung's new deal has caught our tech team's attention. Entering at checkout, customers can bag a free keyboard worth £339 to use with their new tablet - although it's only around until October 22.

Anyone with an old model to trade in can pick its £100 to £300 discount instead. Customers can knock down the price of their new tablet by trading in an old model of any make.

The keyboard will be shipped along with , perfect for those planning to work on the move, reports . The Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra, the latest upgrades from Samsung's Galaxy Tab S9 range, are now available. Interestingly, there's no standard Tab S10 model this time around.

The new tablets come with a 12.4-inch screen for the S10+ and a 14.6-inch screen for the S10 Ultra. For the first time ever, these upgraded models also feature Galaxy AI, something not seen in previous Samsung Galaxy tablets.

Naturally, comparisons have been drawn with Apple's new iPad Pro Ultra, which will set you back at least £1199. Meanwhile, and cheaper than both Apple and Samsung's offerings. Brady Snyder from XDA Developers feels the new model 'needs some work' and claims that 'Apple's M4 chipset is the best tablet processor on the planet'.

Our own Deputy Editor, Henry Burrell, notes: "Oddly, there is no regular Tab S10, only these Plus and Ultra versions, and unfortunately that is reflected in the pricing. The Plus starts from £999, the same as Apple's cheapest iPad Pro, while the Ultra costs at least £1199."
