A supercomputer has in his first season in charge of Liverpool following an unbeaten start in European competition.
The have won all four of their games so far, including AC Milan, Bologna, RB Leipzig, and Bayer Leverkusen. Their last game,, has made a strong statement in their candidacy to be named European champions.
According to 's supercomputer, Liverpool will finish top of the group stage with seven wins and one loss in eight games before making it all the way to the final held inside Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena. The computer predicts that their opponent will be title rivals Arsenal, who will reach the final after finishing 16th in the group stages.
Wednesday's 1-0 defeat to Inter Milan will see the Gunners play an extra round in the knockouts, while Liverpool will head straight to the Round of 16. Mikel Arteta's men will beat Aston Villa Bayern, Atalanta, and Inter Milan to meet Liverpool, the supercomputer shows.
Elsewhere, Manchester City will be knocked out by defending champions Real Madrid. They will get through Stuttgart and Monaco before losing to Real in the quarter-finals.
City will play an extra knockout game, like Arsenal, with the 4-1 away defeat to Sporting Lisbon dealing a significant blow to their top-eight chances.
