Netflix enthusiasts have been buzzing about The Resident since it landed on the streaming giant a few weeks back, with hordes of them rushing to social media to declare the series "underrated".
Despite being an established series, The Resident made significant waves on Netflix's 'Top 10 Shows in the UK' chart when it was newly released on the platform.
Set in the fictional Chastain Park Memorial Hospital in Georgia, the medical drama features Gilmore Girls star Matt Czuchry as the cocky but well-liked senior resident Dr. Conrad Hawkins.
The show debuted on Fox in 2018 and concluded its six-season tenure in 2023 following its cancellation, reports .
