Tommy Fury reveals secret mental health struggle during Molly-Mae split but says 'no good crying about it'

Tommy Fury has revealed his secret battle during his split with - but declared there is "no good crying about it" and vowed to do all he can to get his family back together.

The 25-year-old professional said 2024 was a testing year for his mental health and described the gym as his "medication" because it makes him feel better both physically and mentally. Tommy, who trains three times a day, six days a week, said the past few months have "not been sunshine and flowers" for a series of reasons - including the announcement that he and Molly-Mae had broken up over the summer and the fact that he has been battling a hand injury for months.

Tommy and Molly-Mae announced their break-up on social media in August, leaving their fans shocked as they hadn't seen it coming. But now, in his first interview, he addressed his with his ex-fiancée, describing her as "the woman of my dreams" and saying he will "always love" her and their family.

Speaking to the ahead of the publication of his book "Lightning Can Strike Twice" on October 10, Tommy said he added an extra chapter addressing his split from Molly-Mae. But he is adamant that despite reports that he had cheated, he hasn't done so, describing all the allegations as "completely false" and declaring: "The truth will come out in time and when it does I think a lot of people might regret their actions and unkind words. The whole will, I reckon."

When addressing his mental health struggles, he said: "Probably this past year has been the most my mental health has been tested. It's not been ­sunshine and rainbows. The gym is my medication. Tell me when you come out of the gym after a great session feeling bad? Never!"

He also said that when his father, John Fury, was jailed for 11 years after gouging a man's eye out in a fight, he turned "from a boy into a man" and became stronger. Tommy said that those difficult years taught him that life "isn't going to go the way you want it to and there are going to be bumps in the road but there's no good crying over it." And he added: "You've got to just get on with it and approach it in the best way possible. I don't wallow in it. There's no point because wallowing won't fix it."

About his relationship with Molly-Mae, Tommy declared he will love her forever and promised to do what he needs to do to "resolve things" with her. Announcing the shock split in August, Molly wrote on : "Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this. I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy's relationship has come to an end.

"I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority. I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been part of our journey and I feel it's right to share this with you all. Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time, I'll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x."

Tommy later posted saying: "I am heartbroken to share that Molly and I have decided to end our relationship. The past five years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi and I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad. Bambi is our priority. Please respect our privacy, and our families' privacy, as we navigate our way through this difficult time."
