Virgin Media is giving away free Disney+ subscription in bumper Black Friday deal

Black Friday may still be a couple of weeks away, but the sales are already in full swing. For shoppers looking to upgrade their TV and broadband packages in time for Christmas, has just unveiled a new deal on top of its already stellar Black Friday offering.

The provider has already launched huge savings with its broadband and TV packages by giving away three months of service for free, but now customers can also bag a free Disney+ subscription as the icing on the cake. Until December 8, shoppers can get three months free on Virgin’s with speeds up to a whopping 1,130Mbps, as well as that come with hundreds of TV channels including a choice of Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and a free Netflix subscription.

On top of this, customers can now get at no extra cost, saving an extra £26.97. It comes at the ideal time as Disney+ boasts a stack of blockbuster new and upcoming releases to see out the year, including Marvel’s Deadpool & Wolverine and upcoming sci-fi horror, Alien: Romulus.

There’s also the new Star Wars series Skeleton Crew launching on December 4, followed by Inside Out spin-off Dream Productions on December 11, as well as music documentaries Beatles ‘64 and Elton John: Never Too Late. Virgin Media’s Disney+ offer is available to new or recontracting customers taking a Virgin Media broadband service on an 18-month contract. To claim Disney+, members must activate their subscription within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email.

Elsewhere, Sky has launched its own Black Friday sale, which includes its ‘lowest price’ TV package that’s seen the bundle reduced to £19 a month, down from £26. Shoppers can also bag a big discount on , with Sky’s own 4K smart TV with Sky and Netflix built in now starting at £33, down from £42.
