Candidates who have done diploma in Electrical, Electrical (Power), Electrical and Electronics, Power System Engineering or Power Engineering (Electrical) trade with minimum 70% marks. He can apply for the posts of Diploma Trainee Electrical (DTE).

Candidates applying for the posts of DTE / DTC / JOT (HR) / JOT will have to deposit a fee of Rs 300. At the same time, the application fee for Assistant Trainee posts has been fixed at Rs 200. SC, ST and Divyang category applicants are exempted from paying the application fee.
