The Center and various state governments are running many schemes under women's empowerment. These include the Ladki Behan Yojana. An important announcement has been made regarding this scheme running in Maharashtra. The state government has announced to giving of Diwali Bonus 2024 under the Ladki Behan Yojana. According to the notification issued by the state government, the payment of the fourth and fifth installments of ₹ 3,000 will be transferred to the bank accounts of eligible women as Ladki Behan Yojana Diwali Bonus 2024. Under the Ladki Behan Yojana in Maharashtra, eligible women in the state are given Rs 1500 every month. Similarly, Ladli Bahina Yojana is also being run in Madhya Pradesh in which women are given Rs 1200 per month.

How many women are getting the benefit
The special thing is that under the Ladli Bahina Yojana in Madhya Pradesh, Ladki Behan Yojana has been started in Maharashtra. Before Diwali, under this scheme, the Eknath Shinde government of Maharashtra has announced to give the installments of October and November together while giving the gift of giving Diwali bonus. In such a situation, eligible women will get Rs 3000.

About 94000 women in Maharashtra are getting the benefit of this scheme. The government's motive behind giving Diwali bonuses is that women can shop before Diwali.

Conditions related to Ladki Bahin Yojana
-Diwali bonus will be given to all those eligible women who are registered under this scheme. Let us know what are the rules and conditions related to the eligibility of this scheme.

-To avail the benefit of Ladki Bahin Yojana, the woman should be a resident of Maharashtra.

-The age of the woman should be between 21 years to 65 years.

-Married, unmarried, and divorced women can avail the benefits of this scheme.

-The most important condition is that the family income of the beneficiary woman should not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh.

To apply for Ladki Bahin Yojana, the beneficiary woman needs an Aadhar card, bank account, caste certificate, residence certificate, birth certificate, ration card, passport-size photo, and income certificate.
