Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a big gift to the farmers before Diwali by releasing the 18th installment of PM Kisan Yojana today. PM Modi released the 18th installment of the scheme from Washim, Maharashtra. PM Modi has released this installment for more than 9.4 crore farmers today through direct transfer (DBT). Under this, an installment of two thousand rupees has reached the farmers' account.

With the release of the 18th installment money by PM Narendra Modi today, a total amount of more than 3.45 lakh crores has gone to the accounts of beneficiary farmers under PM Kisan Yojana.

Let us tell you that under the PM Kisan Yojana, the central government gives financial assistance of six thousand rupees to the farmers every year. This amount is given to them in three installments of two thousand each. The installment is released at an interval of four months. The 17th installment was released by the Central Government on 18th June.
