PM Kisan 18th Installment: The central government gives 6 thousand rupees every year to the farmers under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. In three installments, 2-2 thousand rupees are deposited in the bank accounts of the farmers. So far, 17 installments of PM Kisan have been issued to the farmers. On October 5, two thousand rupees of the 18th installment will be deposited in the accounts of the farmers. More than nine crore farmers in the country are taking advantage of PM Kisan Yojana.
In the 18th installment of PM Kisan, some farmers will also get 4 thousand rupees instead of two. The reason for this is that due to a lack of documents or not getting KYC done, these farmers did not get the money for the 17th installment. Now the farmers whose 17th installment was stuck have updated their documents or completed the KYC of PM Kisan's account, they will get the money from the 17th installment along with the 18th installment.
Making a mistake in filling in any information while registering for PM Kisan Yojana, giving the wrong address or bank account, not having Aadhar seeding in NPCI, not accepting the record by Public Financial Management System (PFMS) or not getting e-KYC done by the farmer can cause the installment to get stuck.
A few days ago, Union Home Minister Amit Shah made a big announcement in Haryana Jammu and Kashmir regarding the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana operated for farmers.
Amit Shah had said that if BJP wins in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir, then the amount of Samman Nidhi will be increased for the farmers of both states. The Home Minister said that farmers will get an amount of Rs 10,000 every year instead of Rs 6,000.
PM Kisan Yojana is a scheme started with the aim of providing financial assistance to farmers. The central government implemented this scheme in February 2019 and since then the central government is giving 6 thousand rupees annually to the farmers as crop assistance.
The central government has been depositing this 6 thousand rupee in the account of the farmers in three installments. The Center gives this financial assistance in three installments of 2-2 thousand rupees during April-July, August-November, and December-March.
The list of beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana is available online. Therefore, farmers can easily check whether they will get the 18th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi or not.
