UKSSSC Recruitment 2024: Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has invited applications for the posts of Group 'C' Constable District Police (Male) and Constable PAC/IRB (Male). The registration window has been opened from today to fill a total of 2,000 posts. Interested candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website of the commission, . The last date to apply is November 29, 2024.

The written exam will be held in June.

The objective of this recruitment drive is to fill a total of 2,000 vacancies including 1600 vacancies of Group 'C' Constable District Police (Male) and 400 vacancies of Constable PAC/IRB (Male). The written exam for this recruitment is tentatively scheduled to be held on June 15, 2025.

This much salary will be given.

The candidates selected for these posts of Uttarakhand Police will get a salary as per the pay scale 21700-69100 (Level-3).

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must have passed the Intermediate Examination or its equivalent qualification recognized by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education, Ramnagar, Nainital. Apart from this, in case of direct recruitment, preference will be given to the candidate who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or has obtained a "B" certificate from the National Cadet Corps.

Candidates between the ages of 18 years to 22 years can apply for these posts. At the same time, candidates of SC, ST, and OBC category of Uttarakhand will get a maximum relaxation of five years.

Selection Process
The selection process for these posts will be in two stages. In the first phase, there will be a qualifying physical standard test. After this, the physical efficiency test of the candidates who pass the physical standard test will be taken. In the second phase, there will be a written competitive examination of the candidates who pass the physical efficiency test.
