New Delhi [India], November 9 (ANI): A 24-year-old woman was killed and another was injured in a LPG cylinder blast in North Delhi's Krishan Vihar area, Delhi Fire Service said.
"A call of a cylinder blast was received from Q - Block, near RD Public School, Krishan Vihar. Two fire tenders were sent to the spot. There was blast in an LPG cylinder," Delhi Fire Service said in a statement.
The LPG cylinder explosion caused the collapse of half of the house '(G+1 floor)', it said.
Aa 24-year-old woman identifeid as Rajni died on the spot while another woman Renu (20) suffered 18 per cent burn injuries and was taken to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital by a CATS ambulance, the statement said. (ANI)
