Various efforts are being made to strengthen the education system in India, rules, changes are being implemented. Recently, the Uttar Pradesh government has issued orders to make many changes in the schools, through which the students studying in the government schools of Uttar Pradesh are expected to get benefits, let's know about these changes-
Inclusive Career Counseling: Parents will now be included in career counseling sessions, so that they are well informed and involved in their child's education journey.
Frequent Parent-Teacher Meetings: A total of six special parent-teacher meetings (PTM) will be held every year to promote better communication between parents and teachers.
Monthly PTM under Pankh Program: As part of the Pankh initiative, a dedicated PTM will be held on the second Saturday of every month in secondary schools.
Customised career guidance for students: Parents will get information about suitable career paths based on their child’s strengths and interests.
Setting up of career hubs: Each school will have a dedicated career hub room, designed to facilitate career exploration and planning.
Innovative teaching tools: The career hubs will be equipped with technology such as projectors, computers, laptops and smartphones to show videos of career counsellors, enhancing students’ understanding of different vocations.
