Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan is set to appear on his father, Amitabh Bachchan's show, Kaun Banega Crorepati 16. The father-son duo will share the screen as Abhishek promotes his upcoming film, I Want To Talk. Recently, a video went viral that showed the Dasvi actor spilling a family secret that instantly left Amitabh Bachchan regretting his decision to invite his son to the show.

Recently, Sony Entertainment Television shared a promo of the upcoming episode on Instagram. The clip showed a playful moment where Amitabh humorously questions his decision to invite Abhishek to the show. The promo also highlights Abhishek entertaining the audience by imitating his father’s iconic style of announcing prize amounts, which has gone viral online.

The clip begins with Abhishek Bachchan hoping that the timer does not go out and he, along with Shoojit Sircar can win, Rs 7 crore. This left the host and the audience laughing. He then proceeds to humorously narrate how family dinners at the Bachchan household often involve the children mimicking Amitabh’s signature way of declaring the amount. This lighthearted banter between the two left the audience in splits and Amitabh Bachchan says, “Galti kardi inko yahan bula ke (It was a mistake inviting him here).” The caption read, “AB aur Junior AB ne saath milkar laga diye 7-Crore Chand.” This particular episode will air on November 22 at 9 pm on Sony Entertainment Television.”

After watching the promo, fans expressed their excitement. Many commented on how thrilled they were to see Amitabh Bachchan sharing the stage with his son Abhishek on the KBC set, with some stating they were eagerly looking forward to the episode.

Abhishek Bachchan is gearing up for the release of I Want to Talk. It is scheduled to hit theatres on November 22, 2024. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film follows the story of Arjun as he navigates a life-altering health challenge alongside personal struggles. The movie boasts a stellar cast, including Johny Lever, Banita Sandhu, Pearle Maaney, Jayant Kriplani, and Ahilya Bamroo. It marks Abhishek’s first collaboration with Shoojit Sircar, who has previously worked on notable projects with Amitabh Bachchan, including Shoebite, Piku, Pink, and Gulabo Sitabo.

Penned by Ritesh Shah, the screenplay and dialogues promise a compelling narrative. Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, the film is expected to offer an engaging cinematic experience.
