If everything goes well, you may soon be able to catch Alia Bhatt’s latest movie ‘ Jigra’ on OTT! As per a 123 Telugu.com report, the action thriller has been acquired by streaming giant Netflix for a handsome figure. However, the date of the movie’s digital debut has not yet been announced.
When Can You Watch ‘Jigra’ On OTT?
Although the exact date of ‘Jigra’s digital release has not been divulged by the producers, it is expected that it may be available for streaming sometime in late November or early December.
About ‘Jigra’
Directed by Vasan Bala (best known for the neo-noir thriller ‘Monica Oh My Darling’), ‘Jigra’ is an action thriller. Headlined by Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina (of ‘The Archies’ fame), ‘Jigra’ tells the story of a troubled young woman named Satya, who must overcome all odds and rescue her brother Ankur, who has been unfairly incarcerated in a foreign jail.
Aside from Bhatt and Raina, ‘Jigra’ also stars Telugu actor-director Rahul Ravindra (his Bollywood debut), Aditya Nanda, Manoj Pahwa, Vivek Gomber, Sikander Kher, Radhika Madan etc. The film also has Punjabi pop sensation Diljit Dosanjh in a special cameo.

As per a report by box-office tracking portal Sacnilk.com, ‘Jigra’ earned a total of Rs 4.55 crore on day 1. On the second day, it collected Rs 5 crore, bringing the total to Rs 9 crore.
