As the wedding saga across the country began, actress Rashmika Mandanna kickstarted the festivities by attending the wedding of her friend and celebrity stylist, Shravya Varma. Several pictures of the actress have surfaced on the internet which show the actress in two different attire for two ceremonies. The photos are proof that the actress definitely knows how to kick her style quotient up by notches.

Rashmika Mandanna wore a Banarasi saree and a dazzling kurta set. Both the ensembles are perfect for weddings and bookmark-worthy. While minimalism is all the rage in the fashion world, the Animal actress decided to add bling to the wedding festivities. Let’s take a quick look at what the actress wore.

The magic of the traditional Banarasi Saree
On Instagram’s story section, Rashmika Mandanna posted a pretty photo with the newlywed couple. She captioned it, “And these two cuties are married.” The actress draped an orange and gold Banarasi silk saree for the wedding ceremony. It featured gold brocade embroidery. The neat pleats on the front added a dash of sophistication to her look. She paired the saree with a matching, half-sleeve silk blouse featuring a scoop neckline and a cropped hem.
She accessorised herself with gold and emerald jewellery which included- a choker necklace, jhumkis, and a statement ring. She added a pop of colour to the bright orange look with fuchsia pink block heels. With her silky, straight hair left loose in a centre parting, the actor chose kohl-lined eyes, darkened brows, berry-pink lips, rouge-tinted cheeks, and mascara-adorned lashes.

The charm of heavy-worked kurta set
For a different function, she looked like a stunner in a mustard kurta and palazzo pants by designer Iqbal Hussain. Her zari-work kurta featured intricate kamdani designs, zardozi kadhai, and kora and dabka embroidery in detailed paisley motifs. She paired it with palazzo pants and a tissue dupatta. Her vibrant and heavy-worked outfit is perfect for the function. To further elevate her look, she accessorised the ensemble with gold jewels, including rings worn on both hands and jhumkis. With her hair left loose in a centre parting, the actor chose a bindi, feathered brows, pink lips, rouge-tinted cheeks, and smudged eyeliner for the glam.
