Viral video: Girl students dancing to Rajinikanth's 'Manasilaayo' in bus leaves internet in awe

Recently, a group of students took their bus journey to the next level, and their energetic dance moves are now making waves online. During a night bus trip, a group of students was captured dancing to the hit song 'Manasilaayo' from Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie Vettaiyan, and the video has since gone viral.

In the video, shot under vibrant RGB lights, two girls can be seen dancing enthusiastically while their fellow students cheer them on from the back of the bus. The carefree atmosphere of the bus ride is evident, with students enjoying both the music and the moment. As the girls sway to the beats of the song, a boy soon jumps in, adding his own flair to the performance with a pair of sunglasses on. His dance moves left many viewers online impressed, sparking a lot of conversations on social media.

The viral video, now viewed over 5.3 million times, has garnered 440,000 likes, with people flooding the comments section with their thoughts. “The girls’ dance is okay, but the boy’s dance is a blockbuster!” one user wrote, expressing the widespread sentiment that the boy's entrance stole the show. Another user humorously pointed out the lighting in the scene, saying, “Focus on the top light,” while others applauded the boy’s unexpected performance, with one comment reading, “The boy rocked, and the girls were shocked.”


The clip highlights the simple joys of student life, where even a bus ride can turn into a moment of spontaneous fun. Dancing to a popular track, surrounded by friends, and embracing the carefree nature of youth, the video struck a chord with viewers across the internet. One commenter summed it up perfectly by saying, “Just awesome!”

About 'Vettaiyan'

Rajinikanth returns to the big screen with T.J. Gnanavel's Vettaiyan, following the massive success of Nelson Dilipkumar's Jailer, which earned over Rs 600 crore globally. In Vettaiyan, Rajinikanth reunites with Amitabh Bachchan after 32 years, their last collaboration being Mukul S. Anand's Hum. The story revolves around Rajinikanth’s character, a police officer with a reputation for breaking the rules, as he tackles a rise in lawlessness.

Scheduled for release on October 10 during the Dussehra festival, Vettaiyan will compete with Alia Bhatt's Jigra and Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri's Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video in Hindi. With only three days left until its premiere, the film is approaching an Rs 8 crore pre-release collection.
