For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of Ayushman Bharat Yojana pmjay.gov.in.

After going to the website, you will see many options
You have to click on 'Find Hospital' from these given options

Then you will be asked to choose your state here, select it

After this, you have to choose your district
Then you have to tell about the type of hospital as well

Now you will see the captcha code on the screen which you have to enter here
Then you have to click on submit

Step 4
As soon as you click on the submit button, after this, a list of hospitals will come in front of you.
Then you can get your free treatment in any of the hospitals given in this list, the entire cost of which is borne by the government
