Chaitra (March-April) – Eat gram in this month because gram purifies your blood circulation and blood and also protects you from many diseases. In the month of Chaitra, 4-5 soft leaves of neem should be consumed daily, by this you can avoid all the defects of this month.
Vaishakh (April-May)- Summer starts in the month of Vaishakh. Bael should be used in this month which will keep you healthy. Do not use oil at all in the month of Vaishakh because it can make your body unhealthy.
Jyestha (May-June)- This month is the hottest in India. Sleeping in the afternoon in the month of Jyeshtha is good for health. Consume cold buttermilk, lassi, juice, and as much water as possible. Do not consume stale food, heavy food, and hot things.
Ashadha (June-July)- In the month of Ashadha, consume mango, old wheat, sattu, barley, cooked rice, kheer, cold things, cucumber, Palwal, bitter gourd, etc. Consuming hot and spicy food items in the month of Aashaadh can be harmful to your health.
Shravan (July-August)- Harad is very beneficial in the month of Shravan. Avoid green vegetables in Shravan and also reduce the use of milk. Eat less quantity of food. Eat old rice, old wheat, Khichdi, curd, and light easily digestible food.
Bhadrapada (August-September)- Eat light easily digestible food in this month. Due to the rainy season, your digestive fire is also slow, so eat easily digestible food.
Ashwin (September-October)- In this month you can consume milk, ghee, jaggery, coconut, munnaka, cabbage, etc. These are heavy food but still they get digested in this month because our gastric fire is strong in this month.
Kartik (October-November) – Eat hot milk, jaggery, ghee, sugar, and radish in Kartik month. Stay away from cold beverages. Do not consume buttermilk, lassi, cold curd, cold fruit juice, etc., these can have a negative effect on your health.
Agahan (November-December) – Minimize the consumption of cold and very hot things in this month.
Paush (December-January) – In this season, consume milk, khoya, and khoya-based products, ground ke laddu, jaggery, sesame, ghee, potato, amla, etc., these things keep your body healthy. Reduce the consumption of cold things, old grains, moth, bitter and dry food.
Magh (January-February) – In this month also you can consume hot and heavy food. You can use ghee, new grains, and ke laddu, etc.
Phalgun (February-March) – Consume jaggery in this month. Make it a rule to do yoga and bathe in the morning. Do not use gram.
