In this auction, Washington Sundar, who played for Sunrisers Hyderabad last season, became the most expensive player to be sold. He was bought by Gujarat Titans for Rs 15.5 crore. Mumbai Indians had released Ishan Kishan. Lucknow bought Ishan in the mock auction. He got Rs 14.5 crore.
A big bet was also placed on Phil Salt
Money rained on other players in this mock auction. Phil Salt was bought by KKR for Rs 5.5 crore. Apart from him, veteran player Rovman Powell was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 4 crore. This time everyone's eyes are on Powell in the mega auction. Almost all the franchises are ready to bid on him.
Apart from Powell, Prithvi Shaw also found a buyer in this mock auction. He was bought by Lucknow Super Giants for Rs 2.5 crore. Let us tell you that this time there is complete suspense over Prithvi Shaw playing in IPL 2025 as there is talk that he may remain unsold in the mega auction.

It is worth noting that this time also the mega auction of IPL will be held in UAE. Its date has been finalized on 24 and 25 November. This time a total of 574 players will participate in the mega auction, out of which 366 are from India and 208 are foreign players and 3 will be from Associate Nations. 318 uncapped players of India will be a part of the auction.
