To get a learning license from home, first, you have to go to the official website of the Ministry of Transport https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/. After this, you have to select your state. After this, you have to click on the option of Apply for Learner's License. Here you have to click on the option of Apply through your Aadhar card number. From this, you will also have to select whether you will give the test at home or by going to the RTO office.

After this, you will have to enter the details of the Aadhar card and mobile number. Then you have to click on Generate OTP. After entering the OTP, you have to click on the tick box below and click on payment mode. After this, you will have to watch a 10-minute tutorial video in which some instructions will be given about driving. After the video, OTP and password will come on your registered mobile number.

After this, you have to fill out your form and start giving the test, during this time you have to keep the front camera or webcam of your mobile phone on. To pass the test, you have to answer 6 out of 10 questions correctly. If you fail the test, then you will be given a chance to take the test again. But for this, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50 if you pass the test. So you will get the learner license in PDF form itself. From which you can download and get it printed.

For a permanent driving license, you will have to go to the RTO office

But if after this you want a permanent license then you will have to go to the RTO office for this and take a driving test there, only after that you will be given a permanent license.
