If media reports are to be believed, a person living in village Kalonda of Greater Noida died five years ago. His 32-year-old widow wife lived with her in-laws with her five children. It is alleged that at around 1 o'clock on Saturday night, Shahrukh, a relative nephew of the family, entered the house and murdered the woman by slitting her throat with a knife. After this, the accused surrendered to the police with a knife. Investigation has revealed that the widow woman had an illicit relationship with her nephew. Later, the woman also had a relationship with another man in the village.
There was also a dispute over land
According to media reporters, there was a dispute in the house over land 15 days ago. After which the woman went to her parental house. She returned to her in-laws' house on Friday and on Saturday night the nephew killed her by slitting her throat with a knife. The woman's family has also accused other people from the in-laws' side of being involved in the murder. Police said that the woman was married to a man from the village 17 years ago. The elder daughter is 16 years old. The woman's husband died 5 years ago due to illness. The neighbor nephew used to visit the woman's house. After the death of the husband, the closeness between the two increased and an illicit relationship was formed. The 28-year-old accused is also married and has two children. The relationship of both had become a topic of discussion in the neighborhood.
