In such a situation, to get an Ayushman card made, you have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in
Step 2
After going to the website, you will see many options, but you have to go to the section given here 'PMJAY for 70+'
Here you will see the option of 'Enrol for PMJAY for 70+' on which you have to click.
Step 3
After this, the applicant has to fill in the information on his Aadhar card here.
Then you have to get your Aadhar card verified.
For this, your registered mobile number An OTP will come and you have to fill this OTP here.
Step 4
After Aadhaar verification, you have to upload your documents
In the documents, you have to upload a Domicile Certificate, Photo, Aadhaar Card, and other documents
After this, you have to click on the submit button
Then after waiting for a while, your application is accepted after which you can download your Ayushman card.
