The Government of India is running the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to provide financial assistance to the poor farmers of the country. This scheme was started by the Government of India in the year 2019. Under this scheme, the central government is providing financial assistance of Rs 6 thousand every year to the poor farmers of the country. This financial amount of Rs 6 thousand is sent to the account of poor farmers in the form of three installments every year.
Under each installment, the government transfers Rs 2 thousand to the bank account of the farmers through DBT. So far a total of 18 installments of this scheme have been released. Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 18th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on 5 October.

After getting the benefit of the 18th installment, many farmers in the country are eagerly waiting for the 19th installment of the scheme. If media reports are to be believed, the Government of India can release the 19th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the month of February next year. However, the government has not officially announced anything about it.
