Hansi Latest News: Getting massage done proved costly for SDM of Hansi, Haryana. Actually, SDM used to forcefully get his private part massaged by a Dalit employee along with his own massage. Let's know the whole matter.

Hansi. A very shocking case has come to light from Hansi, Haryana. Where a case was registered against Hansi SDM Kulbhushan Bansal in Hisar Civil Lines police station under various sections in a case of sexual exploitation of a Dalit employee (male). It was told in the complaint that he used to get it done for 200 rupees. In the massage complaint, a person from Dalit community living in Fatehabad district said- I have been doing massage work since 2020, the officer used to call me for massage for 200. On protesting, he used to scare me by showing a pistol.

Hisar SP Rajesh Kumar Mohan says that the video related to the case is being investigated. He informed that a case has been registered against Kulbhushan Bansal under 377 IPC, 506 IPC, SC ST Act. The place of incident and time is being ascertained. Earlier, the government had suspended the HCS officer on Thursday night itself after the video surfaced. The order said that Kulbhushan Bansal, posted as SDM in Hansi, Hisar, is suspended with immediate effect. During the suspension, he will serve in the office of the Chief Secretary of Haryana in Chandigarh. SDM Kulbhushan Bansal was accused of sexual harassment by a male employee of Dalit society. The victim had sent a written complaint to the SC Commission, CM Window, Punjab and Haryana High Court Judge demanding action against the accused. The victim told that he works as a masseur. The accused officer got his private parts massaged on the pretext of getting a massage and threatened him with a pistol when he protested. Along with the letter, the victim has also sent a video to the higher officials, in which the officer is seen doing wrong things with him. The victim said in the complaint that if he protests, the officer threatens to fire him from the job and even kill him, due to which he has become very upset.

As soon as the Haryana government came to know about this, it became active in this matter and called for the report of this entire matter through the intelligence department. Only then this action was taken. The victim further said that about 6 months ago the officer called me for a massage, first he got the massage done. After this he said that my private part is itching, he also asked me to scratch it, when I refused, he took out a pistol and threatened to fire me from the job and kill me.
The limit was crossed when the victim, upset with the actions of the officer, even thought of committing suicide. He said that to save my honor, I have come to the point of committing suicide. A case should be registered against the accused officer and strict action should be taken.
