If different millets are consumed properly during fasting, the body will get positive energy. Millets is also a good fruit food for fasting and it also provides a lot of health benefits.

Millets are rich in potassium, which does not allow blood pressure to increase. Magnesium is found in it which keeps the nerves relaxed. Millets can be a good source to keep the mind calm during fasting. It contains more iron, due to which tiredness is not felt.

It is common to have constipation due to food problems. Millets contain fiber properties which remove the problem of constipation.

Millets have a dry nature. In such a situation, those who consume millet should drink plenty of water. Drinking enough water along with millet reduces the problem of dehydration.
